How to Cure a Holiday Hangover Fast

Milk thistle supplements contain silymarin and silybin to protect the liver and ease stomach aches or headaches. Alschuler suggests loading up on pre-party drinks containing vitamin C and magnesium as this will help counteract some of the dehydration caused by alcohol use.

She recommends starting your day right with a healthy breakfast of eggs, toast and bacon to allow your body to process any alcohol consumption and replenish lost fluids; it can also ease headaches caused by hangovers while helping prevent nausea and vomiting.

Spending the holidays imbibing in some wine is entirely normal; however, it is essential that you monitor how much and hydrate properly to avoid hangovers.
