Hunter Biden Pleads Not Guilty To Gun Charges

By  |

Hunter Biden, son of the US president, pleaded not guilty in court today to three charges related to the purchase of a firearm in 2018 while allegedly using illegal substances.

His lawyer, Abbe Lowell, said Biden would file a motion to dismiss the case, challenging its constitutionality, CNN reported.

Hunter Biden is accused of possessing a firearm while being a drug user, as well as making false statements when purchasing a firearm.

Prosecutors allege that Biden lied on a federal form when buying a gun, as he did not indicate that he was using illegal substances.
