CRAFTS IN THE CASE OF A POLICEWOMAN WHO ALLEGEDLY HELD AN ORGY WITH COLLEAGUES: They saw her as a piece of meat, for days they “prepared” her

Five policemen in Tennessee were fired, and three more remain suspended until further notice, after details of alleged sexual assaults were leaked to the La Vergne police department.

Police officer Megan Hall, 24, a scandal scandal scandal figure in a new lawsuit she filed against the department where she worked, claims she was “prepared for sexual exploitation”.

Eight police officers were disciplined at the beginning of this week, and Hall herself was the only police officer to be fired during the scandal. Recall, she was fired back in January of this year after it was revealed that she and her colleagues had sex while at work. All of them have dismissed the accusations, Unilad news portal reports.

The investigation has shown that Megan Hall had close ties to four other officers — Sergeants Lewis Powell and Henry McGowan, Detective Seneca Shields and even Officer Juan Lugo-Perez — all of them were also fired.

Three other employees — Patrick Maglioco, Larry Holladay and Gavin Schoeberl — were suspended for involvement in a sex scandal.

Five policemen, Powell, Maglioko, Holladay, Shields and Lugo-Perez, now admit that they had sexual relations with a colleague, and she, besides them, stated that she was intimate with police officer McGouven.

Hall, meanwhile, filed a federal lawsuit on 27 February against the police department where she worked and her former associates. In it, the officer claims to have been the victim of sexual harassment, citing the town of La Vergne, Powell, McGouven and Davis as the defendants.

– She was prepared for sexual exploitation. She felt trapped in the role assigned to her at La Vergne police station. In an attempt to escape from it, she almost killed herself. That’s when the city blamed her for everything. This lawsuit seeks justice for Megan Hall. The officer in question has often experienced harassment in a workplace that was riddled with sexual innuendo and sexually explicit behavior – the lawsuit says.

La Vergne police chief Burrell Davis also was fired earlier this month after he was discovered to have been aware of sexual misconduct within his department, but he never reported it or punished any of the officers.

– Megan was not perceived as a novice police officer to be trained and promoted. She was seen as a piece of meat to be sexualized and exploited. Hall repeatedly said ‘no‘ to sexual advances, but the superiors pressed her until she relented. Of course there will be those who think she’s trying to blame others now. It’s easy to think that when you don’t know the whole story – said civil rights lawyer, Wesley Clark.

The lawsuit alleges that “the officers used their authority to systematically crack down on Megan’s resistance and imprison him in humiliating and abusive sexual relations, and even shared advice on the best ways to manipulate and exploit it her.”

– When Sergeant Powell wanted sex, he refused to accept ‘no‘ as an answer. He kept demanding sex, saying things like ‘we’ll do it tomorrow‘ or ‘so much I’ve done for you, I’ve helped you‘. This environment at La Vergne Police Station caused an increasingly severe mental illness in Mrs. Hall. She has full right to award punitive damages in the amount to be determined by the jury – the lawsuit says.
