For example, when you are stuck indoor due to serious pandemic situations of COVID19 then you need to stay at your home mostly. In that case, you are required to prepare your meal at home for many days. There are variety of meals which can be prepared at home with few available ingredients and other resources. Some of these meals are described below:

Bread with Jam or Butter

This is the simplest recipe that can even be prepared within few minutes at home with 2 or 3 available things like bread, jam or butter. If you have large piece of bread then it can be used for 3 to 4 days in a small family. The bread is easily available almost on all the stores around you and you can even prepare it yourself with few steps. There is no need to have enough knowledge or skill for this meal as it can be learnt through single attempt.

Vegan Lentil Burgers

Home-made burgers are fresh and tasty as compared to the commercially available burgers of market that may not be fresh anymore especially in pandemic or indoor conditions. Vegan burgers can also be prepared at home easily. First of all, heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a long non-stick skillet for 5 minutes and fry it for few minutes until it turns dark brown. After that, add other ingredients into the burger depending upon your choice. Finally, it will be ready for use within two steps process.

Chicken Shawarma – Slowly Cooked

The slowly cooked chicken shawarma is slightly different from that available in markets. This meal is prepared on slow cooking with light flame of burner. The chicken is cut into very small pieces and then fried for few minutes until it turns brown. The fried pieces of chicken are mixed up with other ingredients like salad and cream and then enclosed within a rolled bread.

Homemade Pickles

This recipe can be used for long time after its preparation. Home-made pickles are prepared from different vegetables and fruits. Although the method to make these pickles varies from vegetable to vegetable but most common is that they are mixed up with good quality oil after cutting into pieces. The pieces dipped within oil or other liquid are preserved within boxes for few weeks. Finally, it will be ready to use with unique flavor.
